Scottsdale Vacays

The place was very clean and comfortable. Kevin was always responsive and helpful. This is a great area in Scottsdale and had an amazing pool right at the complex. Overall, was just an amazing experience.

We come to Scottsdale every 6 months to go to the Mayo Clinic. We’ve stayed at several hotels and other Airbnbs in the area. By far, this has been our best experience! This condo is gorgeously appointed and clean. It’s in a quiet area with great restaurants close. Kevin was very responsive from booking until check out! We hope to come back again.

This Airbnb was a gem it looks exactly like the pictures.I loved the aesthetics and also the location because it was very accommodating for stores,restaurants and things to do downtown.I will be back again. Thank you Kevin

This was a most amazing spot to find, walkable to stores, parks, and near a trailhead. A quick drive to several of my favorite spots in Scottsdale. One of my favorite locations in all of Scottsdale, and the host is amazing too. Highly recommended.

Wonderful new condo, excellent location near shopping and malls. Comfortable bed, excellent shower / water pressure, clean, high quality kitchen appliances, dimmer lights, overhead fans/central AC/heat, quiet location, pool, hot tub and gym.

This place is really nice. Appartment is really clean and looks like new in a very quiet place. What you on the pictures is what you get. Covered parking is available for free. Perfect location just 15 minutes away from Scottsdale old town. Loves the TVs that are Roku so it is easy to connect your laptop or iPad wirelessly or login with your Netflix / Amazon Prime.... Kevin has been really responsive to requests we had. A great place to stay!

This condo was nothing short of amazing! It was minutes away from Fashion Square Mall, restaurants, lounges, bars, etc. It was spacious and the beds were comfortable… made you feel right at home. The last day during our stay, we were waken by construction happening outside but totally out of Kevin’s control. I highly recommend this place, will book again.

Beautiful and convenient condo just minutes from Old Town Scottsdale and Fashion Square, the place to be seen. Condo was very comfortable for our group. Very clean and well appointed. Loved the balcony for afternoon sun and just relaxing. Kevin was a wonderful host. Super responsive and left many suggestions for us while in town, including what to do and what to avoid.

The two of us really enjoyed our 10 day stay in Kevin's condo. We had one issue with the TV and Kevin was very responsive and resolved the issue quickly. It is a very nice and comfortable updated ground floor unit. The bed was very comfortable. Very nice new appearing appliances in the kitchen. It was very quiet, and super clean! The condo is in an excellent location in the Signature Condo complex; very close to the main pool and fitness room. The condo was a good location for us for going to spring training baseball games, desert hiking, and the other activities that we did in the Scottsdale and Phoenix area. There was excellent high speed wi-fi in the unit. The only concern we had with the unit was one of the two closets in the bedroom was mostly full of extra towels and bedding, which made it not very useful for using for guest clothes, etc.

Me, my husband and two teenage boys stayed here for 6 nights over spring break. The condo looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean and had plenty of the kitchen and bath necessities such as garbage bags, soaps and lotion. Beds were very comfortable. Laundry is in an adjacent building but was easy to use and machines were always available. Shared pool and hot tub area were wonderful. The location of the condo within the complex is a bit busy and lacks privacy but the approximity to Old Town is great. We walked there several times during our stay. We had a bit of an issue finding the building in the dark upon our arrival but Kevin was very responsive, helpful and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. Overall we were pleased with our stay.
